Audited and rebuilt the life cycle cost estimate for the Business Enterprise Information Services Family of Systems (BEIS FoS), the $400 million financial system in development for the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), resulting in achievement of regulatory compliance and executive signoff.

Project Planning - Deliverables
Produced a Systems Engineering Plan (SEP) for the EFD system in its first procurement milestone in spite of no background in information systems development. EFD (Enterprise Funds Distribution) is an initiative to provide full visibility of funds distributed by the Defense Department (DoD) Comptroller throughout the entire Defense Department. Signed by organization's CIO.
BUSINESS SYSTEMS MODERNIZATION
Project: Business Process Reengineering
Produced the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) analysis required by United States Code Title 10 Section 2222 in order to continue and complete the development and modernization of the Business Enterprise Information Services Family of Systems (BEIS FoS) for the Defense Department.
