Credit for my successes as a program manager, project manager and Navy officer are due to the many team members, mentors and customers with whom I was fortunate to work with and count on for input and support.  My projects spanned phases from concept development to project initiation, execution and closure, and resulted in cost avoidance, revenue, favorable funding decisions, risk mitigation, program milestone achievement, and contract renewals.
