US Army Heavy Tactical Vehicles Program Support
Provided project management and decision support to the Army Heavy Tactical Vehicles (HTV) product program office. Performed long range planning, business analysis and program management for the procurement, recapitalization and life cycle management of the Army’s 10-ton Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactica Truck (HEMTT) Family of Vehicles.

Defense Logistics Agency J-9 / Business Transformation Agency
Furnished support to the Defense Department's agency for transformation and acquisition of its business systems. Produced acquisition documentation and a life cycle cost estimate for financial business systems moving through signoff phases in the procurement process from pre-systems procurement through incremental handoff.

North Atlantic Treaty Organization - Allied Command Transformation
On an SAIC-EADS change management contract with NATO's concept development & experimentation directorate, mapped ongoing projects to new organizational objectives; conceived and co-designed decision support system for optimizing project funding with new objectives and produced marketing plan and $15 million budget submission for concept development & experimentation program.
