ABOUT
Greg Nordhougen is a defense program manager with expertise in logistics and experience leading teams, managing contract performance, and developing customer solutions for Defense Department, Army, and NATO establishments, as well as service as a Navy officer supporting missions and systems in operational and strategic level organizations.
As the program manager leading a support contract at a US Army base, he is responsible for logistics support operations to include: material receipt/issue, property accounting, reverse logistics, household goods shipment management, subsistence ordering & accounting, and vehicle maintenance.
Greg retired from the Navy at the rank of commander in the Supply Corps, the “Business Managers of the Navy,” where he led logistics organizations providing end user material support to ships, aircraft and bases. His final assignment was as a Project Manager for Logistics with the Naval Sea Systems Command, a procurement organization with an annual budget of $30 billion.
Greg received his MBA from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad Graduate School of Management and is a graduate of the US Naval War College. He also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. A native of Minnesota, Greg takes pride in his Norwegian heritage and is always glad to help people correctly pronounce his last name.
